Morris Digitalworks

Morris DigitalWorks (MDW), a division of Morris Communications Company LLC, provided tools, technologies, consulting and Web development services to Morris newspapers. MDW award winning technologies included: world-class hosting facilities, robust content management software, high performance application tools, site enhancement tools and comprehensive classified and display classified technology. At the end of 2011, MDW was dissolved as part of a larger company initiative to transform into a digital-first media organization. The goal of this massive reorganization was to inject MDW’s innovative spirit and technical acumen directly into the transforming business and corporate units. Today, MDW’s rich digital heritage and DNA lives and breathes within every Morris division and brand creating media for the 21st Century.
