Morrow Coaching was established in recognition of both the growing importance of adaptive Leadership and Team Performance in the rapidly changing business environment, and of personal Wellbeing and Mental Resilience at work. Our Person-Centred Team Coaching approach sees these two aspects as integrally related. Research shows that those who are happiest at work outperform. We work closely with Leadership to develop their self awareness and approach to leadership, and to achieve a culture of High Performance in their Team, enabled by mindset and engagement change at the individual and team level.
