Mors Transmission is an investment company ("Search Fund") created in 2023 by an entrepreneur, Hugo Pruvost, to identify, acquire and operate a single SME business in France between €10m and €30m of revenues. With an engineering degree, an MBA at Insead and 8 years of experience in the industry in financial and operational positions, Hugo has developed a solid skillset with financial, commercial and operational expertise that he wishes to bring to a high potential SME business. Mors Transmission benefits from the support of 17 investors and entrepreneurs and has the funds to acquire a company for an enterprise value up to €30m. Mors Transmission's investors bring in their extensive experience investing and operating SMEs and mentor Hugo throughout his entrepreneurial journey, including in the operation phase of the company.
