Mortal Fools

We are multi award-winning theatre, drama & creative learning company based in Northumberland. We exist to engage, enable & empower our Mortal Fools community. We create compelling, dynamic & high-quality theatre, projects & training with professional artists working as co-creators with young people, schools, businesses & communities; helping people connect, have fun, learn & grow together. CONNECT is our unique training & professional development programme for organisations & individuals that uses practical training to help people to grow and thrive. We use practice from the creative sector to support people in identifying & building on their individual strengths & attributes, developing new practical skills, supporting professional & personal development. We work with organisations, teams & individuals to develop leadership practice, communicate more engagingly, develop presentation skills, to build teams & to increase emotional resilience & well-being. The core thread through-out all our training is to increase connections - enabling & empowering people to connect with each other ( & themselves!) in a more meaningful, authentic, confident & effective way. The CONNECT programme comes in several forms – skills based practical online & offline workshops, day long & half day training sessions, 1-2-1 coaching, team building & YouTube videos. CONNECT participants range from high-profile companies & public bodies to SMEs & sole traders. We also offer bespoke training for teams & organisations.
