Mortgage Managers is a locally owned and operated business of mortgage advisers. Based in Hobsonville we are perfectly located to service people in immediate areas plus having easy access to West Auckland and the North Shore but with technology we are not limited to the physical area and deal with people throughout New Zealand. Unlike most businesses in our sector (mortgage advisers) none of the team have worked for banks, and we believe that helps us as we have not been trained with the restrictions that banks have - we tend to think more about the solutions for the clients rather than what might work for any particular bank or non-bank lender. Yes, we also use non-bank lenders to get the best outcomes. Non bank lenders provide options when the banks may not be able to provide the finance, and so we use these when appropriate. Often a non-bank solution will be a short-term option, and the longer term strategy will be to refinance to a bank. We also created the Kiwi First Home Buyers Group which is likely the largest forum for first home buyer in New Zealand. This group is on Facebook and is a public group that anyone can join. Mortgage Managers is the brand for North West Group Holdings Limited and we operate as our own Financial Advice Provider (FAP) which allows us the flexibility to adapt quickly and take advantage of new products and innovations.
