Mortimer Society

The Mortimer Society is a registered charity in Kent that has been providing residential care for adults with disabilities for more than thirty years. Caring for physical and/or learning disabilities, we are particularly recognised as specialists in the provision of care for those suffering from long-term neurological conditions such as Huntington's Disease. Our dedicated and highly trained staff care for those with complex needs with compassion, kindness and time to listen while focussing on enhancing the quality of life for each person that we care for by knowing and understanding the things that make them happy and fulfilled. Our aim is to give people back hope and provide the practical support to help them to enjoy their lives again. The care of our residents is at the heart of everything we do. This person-centred approach gives us the opportunity to understand and support people by delivering exceptional care, companionship and leisure activities, whilst respecting their individuality and personal choices.
