Executive chef Eric John Morton got his start grilling prime ribs for his military command's flight engineer parties way back in the early From there he honed his craft working at kitchens all the country. From there the passion stayed with him through grad school where he worked as executive chef for Maxx Arete's weekly burlesque shows throughout the five Burroughs. After returning to his home town of Vancouver WA to be closer to family Chef Eric used his years of experience in the food service industry to start this catering company.
