Mosaic works remotely with individual clients and architectural firms from schematic design through construction document preparation, permitting, and construction. We use best practices to prepare construction documents in Revit and keep clients in the loop through industry-leading coordination tools such as Autodesk Construction Cloud and Bluebeam Revu. Owned by a California-licensed architect, we focus on the California market, but are open to residential projects in other locations. Services provided include: • Converting 2D drawings to 3D models of existing structures to be modified. • Researching building code issues. • Coordinating the work of consulting engineers to produce consistency across disciplines. • Responding to plan check comments and coordinating drawings for resubmittal and permitting. • Updating drawings to reflect changes made in the value engineering process. • Performing construction administration services. Our current portfolio includes multi-family and single-family residential construction, however, while working as a project architect for other firms Rebecca had extensive experience in lab design as well as experience in a wide variety of project types including hotels, schools, university buildings, airport facilities and a 100+story mixed-use skyscraper in Dubai.
