Mosaic Therapy Group’s highly educated and experienced mental health counselors help individuals and couples address trauma, anxiety, grief and loss, and family and relationship dynamics virtually across Minnesota and at our Edina and South Minneapolis area locations. People are more than a diagnosis. They need support and guidance on strengthening their resilience, navigating complicated situations, assessing their feelings and experiences, and building a life that they love. We believe these skills come from the pursuit and cultivation of a mind, body, and spirit connection. We believe that as humans, our mental and behavioral health is made up of thousands of tiny pieces and details that come together to make us who we are. Much like a mosaic, if one of those pieces is taken away or changed, it will shift the overall picture. Creating a mosaic is a process that takes time, a series of steps, and a clear vision.
