Most Coal Engineering SPRL (referred to as "MCE") is a Belgium-based company providing a full spectrum of engineering and modelling services to the UCG industry. MCE has created an international team of senior experts in all aspects of the design, monitoring and implementation of UCG projects at great depth. MCE has a clear advantage over most other companies in that MCE has on its team people with substantial direct experience (cumulated more than 100 years) in all UCG projects in the US and at great depth (> 300m deep). MCE has the capability to manage and delivered coordinated solutions for the deployment of commercial UCG projects worldwide, including- Desk feasibility studies, including geological and hydrogeological assessment, and Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) assessment- Technical and economical assessment based on MCE's unique, industry-leading process-financial models- Technology review, best practice guidelines and due diligence for the industry- Support to the design of small scale laboratory testing, analysis of testing results and modelling- Process monitoring and control strategy, and controlled reactor shutdown and post gasification assessment (decommissioning)- Integrated risk assessment (technical, operational, environmental & financial) methodology based on gate review management and successive protection layers- Front End Engineering & Design (FEED) of sub-surface and near-wellhead UCG equipment; and - Downstream technical and economical assessment (e.g. SNG, power generation, liquid fuels, fertilisers, chemicals)
