MOTAcELL was incorporated in 1997 (formally known as Alofek Telecom) and rapidly developed into a new company by introducing new service layers and investing new targets of local market; it operates some servers that manage internet access via satellite & VOIP and a number of web site hosting services. In addition, it gives support & management for networks, enabling customers to create and build their own enterprises. It also provides a range of other Internet trust and security services. We provide services that include: • Network services to carriers and enterprises via owned and leased infrastructure • IN (intelligent Network) services and platforms. • A wide range of wireless-enabling services (including billing and customer-care solutions; content aggregation and distribution; interoperability, messaging and roaming platforms). MOTAcELL has now a lot of customers, mostly in Libya, comprising a wide variety of types of fixed, mobile and convergent service offerings. The company is also expanding its operations in the African region, particularly through its partners.
