Motel Agency

Motel Agency is a creative agency based in Oslo and Copenhagen, specializing in tailor-made corporate events and travel experiences – both locally and around the world. With more than trips and events delivered, we bring extensive experience and sharp project management. We've organized corporate travel for Norwegian companies to destinations such as Australia, Japan, South Africa, the US, the Caribbean, India, and China. Most trips, however, are within Europe, where we know both the big cities and the Alps inside out. We offer solid and hands-on project management for: – Corporate travel to Norway, Denmark, and abroad – Kick-offs, summer parties, Christmas parties – Anniversaries, conferences, team-building events, and leadership gatherings When you work with us, you get the same project manager and team from start to finish – always available, always on top of things. We take the lead, follow up with you, and make sure everything runs smoothly so you can relax and enjoy the experience. We love what we do, and we believe that when we’re having fun, our clients will too. Structure and clarity are at the heart of how we work. We value honesty, openness, and respect – both within our team and in our client relationships. Motel Agency is proud to be recognized as Norway’s Event Agency of the Year 2025 and as a Gazelle company for fast growth. We work out of Oslo and Copenhagen – and wherever your next experience takes you.
