Motivators Foundation

MOTIVE has a multidisciplinary team of more than 50 professional staff and consultants with different educational backgrounds, skills and experiences in various development, economic, social, political and health fields. MOTIVE has an extensive network of more than 100 non-governmental organisations, academic institutions, civil societies, faith based organisations and privately owned businesses in Jordan, MENA region and Europe. MOTIVE adopts a strategic participatory planning, evidence-based and action-oriented approaches to enable civic participation, socio-economic development, governance, career and skills building, community behaviour change, urban development, poverty alleviation, conflict resolution and peace building programs. MOTIVE has its community training centres in Amman and Mafraq, as well as international and regional affiliations with international and national organisations in more than 12 countries in Europe and MENA region.
