Motive Labs is an innovation lab focused on understanding fundamental human and biological capability and responsibly translating scientific insight into real-world support. Our work spans human health, mobility, perception, animal systems, and performance. Supported by translational research funding from organizations including the National Institutes of Health, the National Science Foundation, the National Institute on Disability, Independent Living, and Rehabilitation Research, and the Defense Health Agency, we collaborate with leading academic and research institutions to validate and apply our work responsibly. At Motive Labs, we believe science is most powerful when applied with care. We don’t seek to fix people or systems. We work to help them function, adapt, and endure.
