Due to our life experience in the U.S. Marine Corps and as over-the-road long-haul truck drivers, we are aiming to target those individuals who have similar mind/body trauma & struggles but who want to continue to grow through their adversities. By blending the great qualities and certifications of a personal trainer with the wisdom of a life coach who can help you adapt your entire lifestyle around your new fitness goals we team up with the client to reduce depression, stress, pain, anxiety, & lack of know how, by teaching how to change, incorporate powerful positive habits & skills into their lives, to raise personal growth from adversity, learn skills of optimistic/motivational thinking and restore confidence in change and personal growth.
