Italy also have its own racing macchanic school. It's MTS - Motosport Technical School was born from an Euginia Capanna's intuition, ex former driver and Team Manager in motorsport. The idea was born to satisfy the racing teams needs to find professional figures. The goal of the school is to generate educational excellence that meet the demand of the competition market. Today the school headquarter is located at the Monza autodrome, temple of Formula 1 and speed. Students, as young enthusiasts, at the end of their training, are entered in the world of motorsport by real professionals. The succes of the training project is pruved by the interest and appreciation received by the teams and companies that, with their educational interventions, give more and more value to our school. The school is aimed both at studets passionate about motorsport and team who decide to invest in the trainingof their staff. The courses cover both technical aspects and methodological and practical characteristics of the work of a racing mechanic. The disciplines concern the various mechanical organs of racing cars, but also the aspects that improve performance such as trim, aerodynamics, electronics etc. For those who would like to take the first steps in Motorsport MTS, in addition to the mechanical racing courses, offer to the passionate ones a basic course of mechanics able to provide, thank to the help of teachers highly specialized and the collaboration of leading companies in the field, the foundamental knowledge to be able to deal with the following training steps proposed by the same school. MTS also offers a training proposal for those who whish to undertake the profession of Track Engineer with the course Performance Engineer.
