We collaborate with algae producers, research institutes, and changemakers across the EU and the Swedish textile value chain to develop algae-based dyes that are safe for people and the planet, bridging research, design, and production. Supported by Vinnova (Sweden’s Innovation Agency), Energimyndigheten, BioInnovation, Formas and EU Horizon, we develop harmless textile dyes by microalgae and algae, committed to transforming conventional, toxic textile dyeing. Our aim is to deliver dyes that empower designers to create colourful in harmony with nature, while promoting a circular economy.
