Mountain Elite Massage

I moved to Heber in 2011 with my children; I didn't grow up here but my family roots are here and Heber Valley is where I now call home. I wanted to work in healthcare since I was a child and had a strong desire to help others be well. My healthcare background has enriched my massage practice with a focus on structure of the body and proper alignment and movement. In addition, I have spent much time learning about energetic modalities such as Reiki, and exploring the powerful mind-body connection. My goal in every massage is to bring bodywork and energy work together to provide the most deeply relaxing and healing treatment possible. I love what I do, so I try my best to share my passion for healing touch in every session.
