During the summer, we offer Stand Up Paddle Board Yoga on Lake Tahoe and Donner Lake, as well as Outdoor Aerial Yoga Classes on the spacious deck at our Tahoe City Studio. Our lunch menu is primarily plant-based using whole organic ingredients and bold flavors that promote health, mindfulness and longevity. Our fresh offerings include sandwiches, tartines, salads, bowls, as well as hot and cold drinks, adult beverages and seasonal elixirs.
