We are fortunate to have two of the most important historical sites in the country on our doorstep – the famous Ranakpur Jain Temples and the mighty Kumbalgarh Fort (famous for having the second longest wall after the great wall of China). The Lodge provides a luxurious base from which to experience the true essence of Rajasthan – horse riding or trekking through jungle trails, leopard and jeep safaris, sundowners in the mountains, and interacting with local villagers. Mountbatten Lodge offers an experience of serenity and is a rural haven away from the noise and bustle of Rajasthan’s major cities. The Lodge is an ideal two to three-night destination for those driving between Jodhpur and Udaipur. Alternatively, day trip Safari lunches from Udaipur are a wonderful option, as the Lodge is only an 80 km drive away.
