We believe movement is for everyone. Our vision is to ensure every person can access it within the community to improve their health and well-being. We increase engagement and participation in physical activity by giving providers the tools and training to deliver adaptive movement to support the wider community. Our vision is to inspire the world to move more. Our mission is to instil fun and encourage movement in individuals with disabilities so they feel empowered to live a healthier lifestyle. Our philosophy is people-centred, our approach is holistic, and our purpose lies at the heart of everything we do! We know movement is essential to our lives. However, prioritizing movement doesn’t look the same for all of us. Move Mojo creates opportunities to use movement as a source of health and well-being — and, most importantly, as a source of fun! Leading with positivity and empowerment, our coaching is grounded in our experiences from Paralympic-sport. We translate these philosophies into specialised training techniques that are built specifically for individuals with disabilities. We focus on building proactive habits that empower people to live long, healthy and independent lives. A life of physical activity belongs to all of us, no matter our abilities.
