Move more, Move Better is a company specialising in bespoke personal training focusing on functional strength training and movement health coaching. We focus on strategies and patterns that are the foundation to movement health and that carry over to many activities. We identify the essential qualities of all healthy and functional movement that is not specific to a particular 'exercise' or athletic activity but applicable to all contexts and that promotes and restores health and wellbeing. We have used our experience and knowledge to create a proven approach to restoring natural ways our body supposed to move and function - MOVE BETTER METHOD. We provide multiple fine levels of progressions from very basics up to extremely challenging progression from fundamental movement prerequisites to facilitate effortless motion. As a result, movement fundamentals and body awareness are built from the ground up.
