FOR CORPORATES, ACADEMIC INSTITUTIONS, TRAINING & MENTORING ORGANIZATIONS : MoveMyCheese Platform connects Mentees with Mentors, pre-assigned or by Mentee's choice,for individual sessions or group mentoring, on chosen Learning areas over the defined duration of the Mentoring program. Mentors can be internal from the company or a mix of internal and external Mentors, sourced from the MoveMyCheese Advisor network. At the workplace, the MoveMyCheese platform enhances the experience of both Mentors and Mentees and enables them to set up sessions, record discussions, set tasks among other features. The Analytics enables deep intelligence into the Mentor program. FOR INDIVIDUALS: We enable Advice for Individuals (Seekers) from our network of curated Advisors with expertise and experience across multiple domains.Seekers select Advisors using filters to sharpen their search and MoveMyCheese's Magic Masala algorithm draws up a curated list of Advisors, that best fit their needs. The Seeker books time with selected Advisor, pays Advisor Fee and accesses Advice over a secure 60 minute VoIP call. The Advisor's Case Journal entries on Advisory sessions conducted, helps Seekers track their progress and learning to deliver improvements they aim for.
