Movebite helps companies reduce absenteeism with a workday AI health coach for every employee. Our mission is to make movement during the workday as natural as drinking coffee, addressing a problem faced by 1.7 billion people worldwide according to the World Health Organization (WHO), muscle and joint discomfort. With this, we aim to impact goal 3 of the 2030 Agenda of the United Nations (UN) Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), namely Good Health and Wellbeing. Our conversational AI health coach integrated into Teams and Slack provides personalized active micro-breaks that support and prevent muscle and joint discomfort in the back, shoulder, and neck caused by prolonged sitting. These are 1 to 10-minute micro-breaks that are scheduled into the workday calendar to lower the bar for the user to move and avoid random nudging. In addition, the active micro-breaks keep employees focused and energized throughout the workday while helping them reach the recommended 150 minutes of physical activity per week, as specified by the WHO.
