Whether you are recovering from a Hip Replacement, or are an international athlete recovering from an ACL Injury Whether you have back pain when you lift your grandchildren, or are a young athlete looking for advice on injury prevention we can help. Hilary the Chartered Physiotherapist behind Movement room physiotherapy has over 10 years experience working in musculoskeletal and sports physiotherapy having worked in Ireland, UK and New Zealand. Hilary has spent the last 5 years working full time in Elite Sports as Head Women's Physiotherapist with Welsh Rugby Union, Football Association of Wales, Badminton Wales and Cricket Ireland. Hilary Currently works as a contractor for the IRFU providing physiotherapy support to a number of the 15s and 7s squads.
