Your client feedback is collected in a real-time database and is easily accessible online at any time. PRODUCT WARRANTY SUPPORT We audit car repairs done under manufacturer warranty or under independent extended warranty contracts: This includes technical reviews and financial-/ process audits in a central technical facility or on-site at the dealership. JIS LOGISTICS Just-in-sequence supply of parts & car accessories to vehicle production plants. Each car needs a user manual, radio manual, cigarette lighter, and many other “loose” parts. We make sure the correct parts land in the right car at any time. SPECIAL TOOLS SALES & DISTRIBUTION We import, distribute & sell special tooling and equipment needed to repair all generations of vehicle models. Tools & equipment can be ordered via our dealer web-shops. We also offer special tool loan-pools. These tools do not need to be purchased. They can be borrowed by dealers and motor body repairers for the respective repair jobs at the workshop.
