Mozyouth Foundation

MozYouth Foundation was officially established in 2023, following five years of successful incubation with MozParks. Our mission is to empower Mozambican youth to create a positive impact in society, with a strategic focus on Youth Employability. We operate nationwide through paid internship programs and soft skills training focused on employability, professional development, with a strong commitment to gender equality and local content. To date, over 1,600 internships have been completed, with more than 50% of participants retained as full-time staff by their host organizations. Our internship program is a comprehensive end-to-end solution. MozYouth manages the entire process, from opportunity sourcing, recruitment, and training to ongoing monitoring and full administrative support. In 2024 alone, we placed over 500 interns in more than 150 companies across Mozambique. Organizations such as Save the Children, AQI, Solidaridad, and Vodacom share our vision and actively collaborate with us to make youth empowerment a reality.
