MPE focuses on lower middle market leveraged buyouts, recapitalizations, and build-up investments. We have a strong track record in working with entrepreneur- and family-owned businesses and corporate divestitures. MPE focuses on the lower middle market, specifically on industry-leading companies with EBITDA between $8 million and $40 million.
