It all kicked off in 1998 when Hardy Hintze (aka Dad) swapped the corporate grind for a pool pole and started Water Wise Pool Services. It was a big shift in pay and lifestyle, but the idea was simple: honest work, fair prices, and helping locals enjoy their backyard pools without the headaches. Fast forward a few years, the name Mr Pool Man was born in 2008 and officially became a company in 2014. Tom (Son) and Natalie (Daughter) joined the business early on, helping grow it from a local service run into one of Australia's leading online pool retailers. These days, we’ve got a tight team of pool experts who actually care about our customers and their pools. This business is our lifestyle. We don’t sell anything we wouldn’t use in our own backyard and we’re not here to upsell you stuff you don’t need.
