MRAD is a privately owned company established in 1994 specialized in contracting building and electrical sectors, with an emphasis on utility services and environmental projects. In 2018, MRAD was commissioned by Electricite Du Liban - EDL - to maintain and operate the electrical distribution network. The main task are customer service, planning and design, in addition to meter reading and bill collection services in lot 3B, South of Lebanon. As a Distributor Service Provider, our job is to ensure proper investment planning, effective execution of network extension, efficient network operation and maintenance, and ongoing metering and billing activities with a full correlation of energy distributed, billed, and collected to minimize and eliminate losses
