Since he established Mrducksdelicacies in 2008, Monsieur Maieli has won more awards in the last three years than any other artisanal producer in London. These include seven other Gold Taste awards (his Duck Leg Confit received a gold 2-Star award in both 2010 and 2011, while he was awarded gold 1-Star for his Foie Gras Prestige in 2010 & 2011, his Duck Rillette in 2010 and his Smoked Duck Breast in 2011). Additionally, the Gizzard Confit was voted one of Britain's 'Top 50 Foods' for excellence in fine food, provenance and great taste by an independent panel of judges.
