شرکت مهندسیسازان فیدارآزما (دانش بنیان) در اوایل سال ۱۳۹۲ با هدف استفاده از تجربیات موجود در زمینههای الکترونیک، ابزار دقیق، آشکارسازی پرتوهای رادیواکتیو و منابع تغذیه خاص، توسط تعدادی کارشناس مجرب تأسیس شد. عمده فعالیت شرکت در سالهای اولیه مبتنی بر طراحی و ساخت ابزارهای اندازهگیری و آشکارسازی هستهای بود. به تدریج به لطف انجام تعمیرات تخصصی ابزارهای خاص آزمایشگاهی واگذار شده به شرکت، دامنه فعالیت این شرکت به برخی حوزههای دیگر نیز گسترش یافت. در حال حاضر شرکت مهندسیسازان فیدارآزما بر سه بخش مختلف طراحی و ساخت آشکارسازهای هستهای، منابع تغذیه خاص و برخی از ابزارهای ژئوالکتریک، متمرکز است همچنین بخش تعمیرات تخصصی در حال حاضر در زمینه ابزارهای ژئوالکتریک مرتبط با اکتشاف معادن و انواع آشکارسازهای هستهای به ویژه آشکارسازهای ژرمانیوم فوق خالص فعال است.
