MS Quality Projects provides bespoke ISO systems for small and medium businesses (SME) in the manufacturing, commercial and service sectors of industry. The consultancy specialises in the implementation, maintenance and certification or accreditation to the best practice standards: ISO 9001:2008, ISO 14001:2004 and OHSAS 18001:2007. The work to provide the required management system is undertaken as a carefully planned improvement project which includes a number of phases, such as: a gap analysis, creating documented procedures, training management and staff, compliance auditing and finally certification to the appropriate standard by a UKAS accredited organisation. Experience indicates this project generally spans a period of three to six months, during which our consultant will offer between ten and twenty days of support to guarantee a successful outcome. A preliminary gap analysis, based on a visit to main premises or specified data supplied, enables a fixed price quote to be supplied prior to project initiation. Other specialities include: process or compliance auditing, improving the performance or the integration of existing ISO management systems.
