MSAPA Architects have been in existence for the past 15 years in the architectural profession for the past years, and have worked with many companies in various capacities on a permanent, semi-permanent, subcontractor and associate basis. Percy Msapa has worked for various architectural practices for the first nine years and in 2007 started his own practice (MSAPA Architectural Design), focusing on exclusive individual residences. MSAPA Architects have designed over 50 exclusive residences in closed residential estates, over 10 development projects, and a few commercial developments, and provided practical yet innovative architectural solutions to over 200 alteration and addition properties. MSAPA Architects undertakes to do the work in a concise way, providing practical architecture and efficient service delivery. This is one of MSAPA Architects' top achievements.
