Doctors Without Borders / Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF) is an international, independent, medical humanitarian organization that delivers emergency aid to people affected by armed conflict, epidemics, natural disasters and exclusion from healthcare. MSF offers assistance to people based on need, irrespective of race, religion, gender or political affiliation. The purpose of this organization shall be to enable San Diego State University communities to raise awareness and knowledge about MSF’s work in the field and about humanitarian issues while being advocates for positive holistic growth. As an organization, we aim to incite a wave of social and health transformation along with cultivating a pre-health community of like minded individuals who share that same passion. We highly encourage everyone to join MSF SDSU, whether you're pre-health, passionate about global health, or interested in learning more about current events around the world!
