MsModify was created after Kristina was diagnosed with celiac disease and suddenly realized her life was never going to be the same. Everything from food, social events, traveling and even her cosmetics needed to change. After diving deep into the realities of her condition she became determined to live a normal life and started creating modifications to her life that would allow her to live gluten free. The result of her research and hours of experimenting was MsModify, a one-stop place to help make life easier for people living with celiac or choosing a gluten free lifestyle. Readers are provided with gluten free recipes, information on celiac disease, gluten free lifestyle tips, health & wellness tips and gluten free product lists.
