Mt JAC Consulting was started in 2018. After working for FedEx for 3 years, CJ Confer jumped into the world of eCommerce startups. Working at Fancy, Bluefly, and most recently Kidbox he had the opportunity to work with a wide range of eCommerce companies. Each company model was different, and each presented their own challenges. However, the bottom line to success in their operations was choosing the right partners at the right costs to scale the business. With his background and experience he has been able to save companies significant costs with their supply chain and freight spend. He has also preformed multiple RFPs for company's 3PL/warehouse needs, and relocated them to the right partners to ensure fast growth at the right cost. Mt JAC's goal is to work with online companies and warehouses to help reduce operational costs and freight spend by choosing the best option for each individual business.
