Mtm Legal

We are a boutique personal injury law firm located in the heart of the Sydney CBD. After nearly two decades working in a large firm, our Founder Mary Moloney began MTM Legal in 2014 to offer the best in accident and injury legal services and advice, with a personable and approachable touch. Principal Solicitor Mary Moloney will be involved in your case from beginning to end. Our office is easily accessible but we are also happy to travel to you at your home, office, or in hospital. We understand that suffering an injury or loss can be stressful and confusing, which is why we always act with professionalism and compassion. Ensuring our clients understand their position, we take the time to explain the complexities of the law to create a collaborative relationship where you feel valued and understood. Our clients can feel confident knowing they have one of Sydney’s most experienced Personal Accident and Injury lawyers fighting in their corner and we always commit to getting the best outcome possible. We take the stress out of bringing a claim through honest, transparent and consistent communication. We deal with insurers and third parties on our clients’ behalf, gathering all required evidence, managing time constraints and always approaching cases with a genuine desire to help.
