MTN is a private equity firm that focuses on acquiring middle-market companies. MTN makes control equity investments in companies operating in a broad range of industries with $5 to $15 million of EBITDA and enterprise values of less than $100 million. The firm will also consider investing in recapitalizations of overleveraged companies if their revenues exceed $50 million. MTN has been involved directly or through its portfolio companies in the acquisition of ten platform companies and four add-ons with an aggregate purchase of almost $500 million. Our portfolio companies operate in the building products, media services, medical products, industrial motors, supermarkets and leisure product industries.
