MTS Energy Co. Ltd has become an unlisted company in New Zealand's stock market (UNLISTED stock code: MTS) since October 2012. Our company is the exclusive distributor of SINOPEC Automotive lubricants in New Zealand, and also commit to equipment sales and services of auto aftermarket in Australia and New Zealand. At present our products have achieved diversification, with the SINOPEC lubricants and Launch Technology diagnostic equipments as the core products, while owned MTS independent brand of auto maintenance equipment. MTS has utilized the opportunity of SINOPEC refinery production in Singapore, combined the key account resources of Singapore, Hong Kong and China, and actively carried out the base oil transit trade since this year. Recently, our company has established contact with some core customers, and developed the offshore entrepot trade by taking advantages of the company product information in Singapore. MTS plans to complete each year tons of fuel oil and base oil of transit trade, and will purchase and construction of MTS service station by raising new equity from existing shareholders the next year, which will bring stability to ensure long-term development for the company.
