Founded in 2020 by two Princeton grads, Much Will Be Expected, LLC is a full-service consulting and recruiting firm focused on taking high growth GTM team from 0 to $10MM in ARR. In an increasingly automated tech sales ecosystem, we believe that authenticity is the key to breaking into and landing global, F500 accounts. Simultaneously, we support a diverse and extensive pool of talent by arming them with coursework and our ‘Authentic Selling’ framework. Our aim is to foster high performers, who will hit the ground running when we place them with our partner companies. Jeff Kirchick (Princeton, 2010) is the current VP of Sales at Colossus, a pioneer in the clean energy software space. Before that, he was the Vice President of Enterprise Sales for Next Caller, a Y-Combinator backed technology company based out of New York City. In his role at Next Caller, he helped lead the company through a successful exit by managing the sales team while also selling to some of the largest companies in the world. Finally, he is the award-winning author of Authentic Selling: Using the Principles of Sales in Everyday life. Michael Cho (Princeton, 2016) is the current Director of Sales Development & Midmarket Sales at Colossus, and he specializes in blending a highly-personalize prospecting approach with automation. He has worked with a number of early stage tech startups in creating their GTM and Lead Generation programs.
