At Bank farm we produce top quality pork from a Farm Assured herd of Rare Breed Gloucester Old Spot pigs, including fabulous crackling pork joints, sausages and dry cured bacon and gammon. Our aim is to take you back to times before supermarkets dictated what you could buy and give you the choice of having old-fashioned meat that you would have bought from the High Street or village butcher whose passion was for the quality of the meat he provided, knowing that it had come from a local farmer whose skill produced this fabulous meat.
