Our core message is simple: There are three fundamental disciplines in strategic and cultural development for companies and organizations - Listen, Connect, and Imagine. We believe the best outcomes for all areas of enterprise - operations, marketing, finance, governance, information, and people - come from ordering these disciplines correctly and mastering the execution of each. To serve our relationships with a variety of clients, we've created tools on three levels that translate our convictions about Direction and Identity to specific applications. First, we offer collaborations in the form of consulting, joint ventures, and strategic partnerships to companies willing to invest significantly in creating innovations and relationships infused with meaning and intentionality. Second, we offer online courses and workshops for startups and small and medium business owners and top-level managers. Third, we offer Frames - bit sized applications of our thinking and research - to those who would like to boost their own creativity with a minimal investment.
