Leveraging interdisciplinary expertise, we address complex challenges at the intersection of animal health, food security, and environmental sustainability on behalf of commercial partners, sector interest groups and fellow researchers in academia and beyond. As part of our approach, we utilize mixed quantitative and qualitative approaches, including social media listening and the appropriate application of artificial intelligence, for example in the integration of data from innovative remote and wearable technologies with clinical, health and production records. We recognise that delivering solutions demands a clear articulation of the challenge, a definition of the parameters to be addressed and an appreciation of the priorities and concerns of multiple stakeholders. We support our endeavours in partnership with others through a focus on agile project management and cost-effective, time-sensitive delivery.
