Multicultural Network In Finance

Multicultural Bankers is a unique initiative in the Belgian Financial Sector : a network of empowered colleagues of different origins, supported by the sector federation @Febelfin, and ready to collaborate for more inclusion in the whole sector. Our first main action was the Multicultural Inclusion Survey, which showed how the career experience of employees in the sector is different in function of their origin. There is work to do. To make role models visible. To address bias and micro-aggressions. To make the culture more inclusive to all.
