I'm Ezequiel, the Justina's father. On July 31, 2017, my daughter, Justina, began the process of waiting for a heart transplant. When I asked her if she wanted me to help her start a campaign, she said, “Daddy, let’s help everyone we can, don’t make it all about me.” Her words inspired me to create #MultiplicateX7, a campaign to raise awareness about the importance of organ donation that broke records and led to a historic number of registered organ donors in Argentina in 2017. Justina passed away, she did not make it to her 13th birthday on December 9, 2017. But she left me, and everyone, a mission: To make Argentina a leader in organ donation.
