The people we use at MultITalent are the image of our company in the market. That is why we have stringent referencing process and take the time to interview and vet all candidates that we work with. All candidates who are placed with companies have been personally interviewed, referenced, and technologically checked and prepared for the clients that we deal with. This ensures the clients get the personal and technical match they are looking for. We encourage our candidates to develop their information into a standard CV and if requested, create a video resume to make the best first impression to an employer. We use this to give the maximum amount of relevant information, saving time for our clients, as well as ease in understanding our candidate's skills and wishes. These formats of course can be changed to the wishes of the individual client. Every client has their own way of dealing with the process of recruiting staff. We like to work with the client to ensure the smoothest and most cost effective way of getting results. We carry out specific technical or psychometric testing and provide full reference forms and contacts.
