Mulverhill was established in 2010 by Jonathan Hall, former Executive Director of Abraaj Capital, one of the leading private equity firms in the Middle East. With over 20 years experience of investments and private equity in the Middle East, Jonathan Hall has been responsible for and involved in over US$ 2 billion of investments and financings in MENA, across many geographies and sectors, including logistics, aviation, water treatment, luxury yachts, media, pharmaceuticals, construction and commodities. Mulverhill provides a wide range of corporate advice and services across the entire transaction process, including; identification of investment and business opportunities, initial contact approach, due diligence and transaction project management, structuring, contract and legal document negotiation, strategic planning and post-acquisition representation.
