We are all about reducing single-use plastic pollution Our Services: Our focus markets are the eco-friendly conscious Hospitality industry, Convenient on-the-go food outlets, and Event Catering giving them an alternative to single-use Plastic/Styrofoam food containers. Statistics revealed that 92% of plastics can’t be recycled – this has raised our concern about wanting to help save our planet from this growing crisis. Therefore the idea of an edible bowl known as ‘Munch Bowls’ came about when challenged to find an eco-friendly alternative to single-use plastic bowls. Our edible bowls, Munch Bowls can hold any food, even hot soup for at least 3 hours. Our product is Vegan and Halal certified. No chemicals, preservatives, or GMO products were used. This makes the bowls wholesome taking care of both the consumer and environment. Shelf life: 15 months if kept sealed in a cool dry place. Munch Bowls add value to food whereas plastic only adds to plastic pollution. ‘Munchy Bowls tastes great Zero plastic waste’ Our Vision/Mission: To disrupt single-use plastics globally causing a growing plastic pollution crisis. Munch Bowls won the top award out of 90 countries at SIAL China 2014. In 2017 I, Georgina de Kock received the honor to be nominated a Global Innovator one of 120 out of applicants by Live Expo2020, Munch Bowls are the first to enter the international market making us a brand leader Munch Bowls (Pty) Ltd since 2014 now Munch Innovation (Pty) Ltd since 2019 for our vision is to add more innovative eco-friendly products.
