Mission: Muncie Action Plan promotes, supports, encourages, and assists in the development and enhancement of the quality of life in Muncie, IN. Vision: Muncie Action Plan is an impartial catalyst and facilitator to promote community and to implement our citizens' vision as embodied in the MAP report.
